PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment plans are designed to suit individual financial needs and requirements and to make things as convenient as possible.

CTIA will endeavour to assist students in obtaining student loans from recognised institutions and organisations. Tuition is payable in advance from the first week of the intake month (i.e. within the first week of February or July) and monthly instalments are due prior to the seventh day of each consecutive month. The enrolment fee must be paid prior to a student starting at the academy.

Option 1: Cash Option

Students who pay the full amount upon registration will qualify for a discounted cash option fee. Choosing this payment option requires that full payment takes place prior to the intake date.

Option 2: Semester option

To register, students must pay the deposit fee. Thereafter, semester fees are paid in three consecutive payments at the onset of each semester – i.e. February, March, and April (first semester) and July, August, and September (second semester) of each year.  The date of the semester payment must be prior to the seventh of each consecutive month for the duration of the semester terms.

Option 3: Terms Option

To register, students must pay the deposit fee. Thereafter, monthly instalments are due and a signed debit order must accompany the registration form. The date of the monthly debit order must be prior to the seventh of each consecutive month for the duration of the payment term. A R500 penalty fee will be payable for any returned debit order, and the student will be prohibited from accessing the campus until tuition fees are up to date.
